This is my version of cheesecake...a spin-off of the New York-Style cheesecake, this cake is made smooth and silky with mascapone cheese and sour cream.   Made in the beautiful little town of Auburn, NH with our farm fresh eggs and home-brewed flavors, this cake is sure to satisfy.  Basic, YES, but indulgent, and reminiscent of days of old.
