This is a great starting point to build up to my total body circuit. It helps to improve blood flow and metabolic enzyme activity. That means that you have enzymes that break down fuel in your bloodstream that are slow acting before exercise, but fast acting after exercise. That's why people say they have more energy after a working out. ~Jason
